Dear Customer

Please be advised we will be undertaking planned maintenance on the above date and time on our messaging Gateway.

The maintenance is to release EE specific functionality to enable a free message to be sent to consumers who have a third party / premium rate bar on their handset.

The below message copy will be sent to consumers to advise them how to remove the bar from their handset.

"Your request for this service failed. Premium rate / 3rd Party Services are currently barred on your account. To lift the bar please ring EE on 150"

The message will be sent at no cost to Fonix customers, and will be delivered immediately after a failed attempt to interact with a service.

If you do not want this enabled on your services please contact your account manager.
