Dear Customer

Please be advised with the new General Data Protection Regulation coming into effect on 25th May 2018, Fonix will be updating our data retention period to 2 years.

This is in line with the PSA recommendation for keeping records for regulatory purposes for a 2 year period, and will come into effect on 4th June 2018.

Fonix will automatically delete any records containing personal data after this period of time.

If you would like a copy of the Fonix data retention policy, please contact your account manager.
