Dear Customer

Please be advised we will be undertaking planned maintenance on our Campaign Manager platform on the below date and time.

The maintenance will include the release of the below features:

1. Reporting Interactions: updated table to platform uniform table style

2. Live Page: Auto population of "Freemsg" when responding to a customer inbound message

3. SMS Sender: ability to download the csv file and / or replace the .csv

4. SMS Sender edit and view page, the data source now states whether its from a .csv or list

5. The warning message regarding the addition of a new default stop list now contains a link to the list

6. "Actions" button in tables is replaced by an icon to optimise space

7. Campaigns: added "no upcoming rounds" status if a campaign is open but no rounds are scheduled

There is no anticipated impact to service during the maintenance window.
