Dear Customer

Please be advised we have received the following notification from Vodafone regarding planned maintenance on their Direct Billing platform.

"This is to inform you we are planning DR failover tests on CTB from 23rd Sep 22:00 to 24th Sep 07:00 UK time to prove recoverable application in a geo-resilient data centre in an event of DC impacting incident.

Impact: The UK CTB service will have 2 scheduled outages:

· Stage 1 failover to location1 between 22:00 23/9 and 07:00 24/9

· Stage 2 fallback to location 2 between 01:00 to 3:00 UK 24/9.

Which means the UK CTB service will have full outage during the failover/fallback procedures.

During the implementation times, we will have outages however, we do not expect them to be for long durations.
