Please be advised we have received the below notification from Three regarding planned maintenance on the above date and time.

This is to inform you that essential maintenance is planned for the above date and time on the Three SMSC platform.

Partners who are using SMPP protocol for their connection with Three SMSC platform will receive unique message ID in their MO message deliveries. This will allow Third Party Applications to determine whether the message delivery is a retry from the SMSC platform or not. The information can be used to avoid multiple MT messages for the same MO request.

The above date and time may change, if it does we will inform you as soon as we know to provide as much notice as possible. Three will always endeavour to carry out these outages at a time which will have the least amount of impact on services and for the shortest amount of downtime as possible.

There is not anticipated impact to service during the maintenance window.
