Dear Customer

Please be advised on Saturday morning at approximately 6am we experienced a failure impacting one of our servers.

All traffic was automatically failed over to a secondary server and messages continued processing as normal.

Any messages that were in the retry queue when the server failed would have been lost during this period, end consumers would not have been charged. Any messages that were in the retry queue will remain in a pending state as no DR will be received.
