Dear Customer

Please be advised we have received the following notification from O2 regarding emergency maintenance impacting their Premium SMS platform on the below date and time.

We apologise for the late notice but some urgent work has been scheduled for tonight on our Micropayments platform.

Work is scheduled from 22:00 on 01/12/2020 to 06:00 on 02/12/2020. There will be up to 2 hours downtime from 23:00 and if rollback is required a further 2 hours downtime will be necessary.

During the 2 hours downtime it will not be possible to bill O2 post-pay or pre-pay subscribers using premium rate MT SMS. Premium SMS submissions during the platform downtime will be rejected.

Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.
