Please be advised we have received the following notification from O2 regarding planned maintenance impacting their Premium SMS platform on the below date and time.
This e-mail is to notify you of some planned maintenance our Premium M/t SMS MPay (Micropayments) platform that we have been made aware of.
Change Window: 30/11/2022 22:30 - 01/12/2022 06:00 (times in GMT)
Impact:
There will be an outage from 23:00 to 03:00 including rollback during which the following Micropayments application will be unavailable.
SMSC ( PTM – MT i.e. Mobile Terminating(MT) Premium Text messaging service )
What can we tell you about this:
The activity will take place overnight during the maintenance window.
Please note:
Every effort will be made to mitigate the effect on our customers experience during the work but a service outage is expected.
