Dear Customer

Please be advised the planned maintenance due to take place this evening has been postponed and will now take place on the below date and time.

This e-mail is to notify you of some planned maintenance our Premium M/t SMS MPay (Micropayments) platform that we have just been made aware of.

Maintenance Window: 08/12/2021 21:00 - 09/12/2021 06:00

Impact:

For switchover there will be outage for two hours from 22:00.
In case of rollback a further two hours outage maybe needed. The specific time of when this will occur is not known.

Please note: Every effort will be made to mitigate the effect on our customers experience during the work, but a full service outage is expected.

This e-mail is to notify you of some planned maintenance our Premium M/t SMS MPay (Micropayments) platform that we have just been made aware of.

Maintenance Time: 02/12/2021 23:00 - 03/12/2021 06:00

Impact:

Move the services to DR from Production.

For switchover there will be outage for two hours from 23:00.

In case of rollback a further two hours outage maybe needed. The specific time of when this will occur is not known.
