Please be advised we will be undertaking planned maintenance on our fpay platform on the below date and time.

The release will include the addition of a refund option within the customer care interface, allowing merchants to trigger refunds back to the consumer's mobile phone bill.

Merchants will also be able to trigger refunds directly via the API.

Please note merchants will need to contact clientservices@fonix.com to request that refunding is enabled on a per service basis.
