EE Server Issue: Delayed MO Messages

Dear Customer

Please be advised EE experienced an issue with one of their servers on the below date and time.

As a result of this issue a number of MO messages were delayed in delivery to Fonix by EE.

The issue occurred on Sunday 14th October at 3am and was resolved on Monday 15th October at 9am.

EE restarted the server at approximately 9am on Monday 15th and as such customers may have seen larger than normal batches of MO messages being delivered to their systems as a result of this issue.
