Please be advised we have received the below notification from O2 regarding planned maintenance on the below date and time.

What are we doing?
We’re updating our Charge to Mobile (c2m) consumer bad debt capability on Wednesday 13th February.

How will this Impact you?
We’re making the change from 22:00 on Wednesday 11th February and the service will be down for an estimated 60 mins from 22:30 until 23:30.

Should we run into any issues and need to back the change out, they’ll be a further 60 mins service downtime.

If you are running subscription services please do not submit any re-bill requests to Fonix during this time.
