Dear Customer,

Please be advised we have received the following notification from O2 regarding planned maintenance impacting their PSMS platform on the below date and time.

Maintenance Details:
Change Window: 26/03/2025 21:00 (pm UK time) - 27/03/2025 06:00 (am UK time)

Impact:
There will be an outage from 23:00 to 04:00 including rollback during which, Mobile Terminating (MT) Premium Text messaging services, will be unavailable:

What can we tell you about this:
Messages are not expected to be lost. The activity will take place overnight during the maintenance window. Carrier Billing is not impacted by this work although it may impact any receipt messages that are sent via PSMS MT and services utilising PSMS fallback codes.

Please note, every effort will be made to mitigate the effect on our customers experience during the work but a service outage is expected.
