Please be advised we have received the following notification from EE regarding planned maintenance impacting their Direct Billing platform on the below date and time.

Maintenance Details:

Due to system maintenance, it will not be possible to process Charge to Bill requests via the BT Direct Billing API Gateway. Please note, the expected outage is from 13-03-2023 22:00 PM up to 14-03-2023 06:30 AM. In the event a roll back is required, partners may experience an outage up to 08:45 AM.

Brand Impacted: EE

Maintenance Start Date/Time: 13-03-2023 16:00

Maintenance End Date/Time: 14-03-2023 09.00

Service Impact:

Partners will not be able to process Charge to Bill requests via the BT Direct Billing API Gateway between the above times.
