Dear Customer

Please be advised we have received the following notification from EE regarding planned maintenance impacting their Direct Billing platform on the below date and time.

Maintenance Details:
Please note, due to system maintenance, there will be some downtime during the below maintenance window. During the downtime, the BT API Gateway will return errors for any Direct Carrier Billing requests. See below for further details.

Maintenance Start Date/Time: 24/03/2025 16:00 PM
Downtime Start Date/Time: 24/03/2025 22:00 PM

Downtime End Date/Time: 25/03/2025 05:00 AM
Maintenance End Date/Time: 25/03/2025 09:00 AM

Service Impact:
Errors will be returned when sending requests to the BT Direct Billing API Gateway during the downtime period stated above. In the event of a rollback, errors may be observed up to 08:55 AM.
