Please be advised we have received the following notification from O2 regarding planned maintenance impacting their Premium SMS platform on the below date and time:
12/10/2026 22:30 (pm UK time) - 13/10/2026 06:00 (am UK time)
Impact:
There will be an outage from 23:00 to 01:00 with rollback up to 03:00 if needed.
Messages are not expected to be lost.
What can we tell you about this:
The activity will take place overnight during the maintenance window.
This will impact the MPAY platform which will see a delay with PSMS.
Please note:
Every effort will be made to mitigate the effect on our customers experience during the work but a service outage is expected.
