Dear Customer,

Please be advised we have received the following notification from O2 regarding planned maintenance impacting their PSMS platform on the below date and time.

Maintenance Details:
Change Window: 02/12/2025 21:00 (pm UK time) – 03/12/2025 06:00 (am UK time)

Impact:
There will be an outage in the form of a brief connection drop during the maintenance window.

At most, there will be a 10-minute window of service disruption/outage expected between 22:30-23:30.

Messages are not expected to be lost.

What can we tell you about this:
The activity will take place throughout the maintenance window.

There could be a brief drop and reconnection during the maintenance window - max 10mins service disruption/ outage expected between 22:30-23:30.

This could impact both PSMS MO and PSMS MT submits as well as any Bulk A2P

Please note, every effort will be made to mitigate the effect on our customers experience during the work but a service outage is expected.
