Dear Customer

Please be advise Three IE experienced a connectivity issue impacting their Premium SMS platform between 12.40pm and 13.10pm.

During the outage window all MOs were queued by Three IE and subsequently processed once connectivity was restored. As a result of the issue some users would have experienced delays receiving their MT response.
