Please be advised we have received the following notification from EE regarding planned maintenance impacting their Direct Billing platform on the below date and time.

Maintenance Details:
Please note, due to system maintenance, there will be some downtime during the below maintenance window. During the downtime, the BT API Gateway may return errors for Direct Carrier Billing requests. See below for further details.

Maintenance Start Date/Time: 01/10/2026 21:00PM
Downtime Start Date/Time: 01/10/2026 21:00PM

Downtime End Date/Time: 02/10/2026 01:00AM
Maintenance End Date/Time: 02/10/2026 03:00AM

Service Impact: An outage is expected to occur between 21:00 and 01:00, but this is now not expected to impact Charge to Bill services, but please be aware of potential errors occurring during this time.
