Please be advised we have received the following notification from O2 regarding planned maintenance impacting their Premium SMS platform on the below date and time.
Change Window: 10/04/2024 at 22:30 (PM – UK TIME) - 11/04/2024 at 06:00 (AM – UK TIME)
There will be an outage from 23:00 (pm) to 03:00 (am) including rollback during which the following Micropayments application will be unavailable.
SMSC - (Mobile Terminating (MT) Premium Text messaging service)
What can we tell you about this:
The activity will take place overnight during the maintenance window.
Messages are not expected to be lost.
This will impact the Premium SMS platform which will see a delay with PSMS MT of up to 4hrs.
Please note:
Every effort will be made to mitigate the effect on our customers’ experience during the work but a short service outage is expected.
