Please be advised we have received the following notification from Three regarding planned maintenance impacting their Direct Billing platform on the below date and time.

This is to inform you that essential maintenance is planned for the below date and time.

Disruption to the 3API application, used for direct carrier billing services is expected between 19:00 (BST) 16th May till 12:00 (BST) 17th May 2022 for a minimal 5-10 mins.

The above date and time may change. If it does, we will inform you as soon as we know to provide as much notice as possible. Three will always endeavor to carry out these planned works at a time which will have the least amount of impact on services and for the shortest amount of downtime as possible.
