Please be advised we have received the following notification from Three regarding a planned billing outage on the below date and time.

Three users will not be able to interact with Direct Billing, Premium SMS or Voice Shortcode services during the below maintenance window:

Saturday 02/03/2024 18:00 - Sunday 03/03/24 18:00

During the maintenance window, MOs will not send from the handset, calls to Voice shortcodes will not connect and Direct Billing transactions will fail.
