Please be advised we will be undertaking planned maintenance on our Campaign Manager platform on the above date and time.
The maintenance will include the release of the below features:
• Add .csv export of Lists
• Text Response Campaign - allow bespoke MTs for entry limits of more than one
• Campaign Breakdown Table – reordering of the table based on filters
• Campaign Breakdown Table – remains as filtered when the page is refreshed
• Campaign Breakdown Table – now wraps the campaign name to ensure the values don’t split over two lines
• All tables – text and number alignment
• Navigation – if you create an SMS Send from an Interaction Filter you will remain in the SMS Sender on saving
• SMS Sender- Hyperlink campaign name to take you back to the Campaign page
• SMS Sender – order of columns to be changed to: Name, Start Date, Header, Message Copy, Processed Totals, Status - service and campaign moved
into dropdown
• SMS Sender – filtering order changed to send start date and limited to the last 6 months
• Interaction Filter – ability to copy an existing interaction filter
• Interaction Filter – when creating an SMS push from an Interaction Filter the client and service in the SMS Sender will be pre-populated based on the
data from the Interaction Filter
• Campaign creation form – start on saving option has been moved to below the start and end time
• Campaign creation form – wording change to show “additional keywords” under the primary keyword. If the primary keyword is added into both fields
it will be removed in the background without creating an error
• Winner picker – addition of “pending” status
There is no anticipated impact to service during the maintenance window.
