Please note, due to system maintenance, there may be some downtime during the below maintenance window. During the downtime, the BT API Gateway may return errors for any Direct Carrier Billing requests. See below for further details.

Service Impact:
Errors may be returned when sending requests to the BT Direct Billing API Gateway during the downtime period stated above. In the event of a rollback, errors may be observed up to 06:00.
