Please be advised we will be undertaking planned maintenance impacting our Direct Billing platform on the below date and time.

The maintenance is a required upgrade, mandated by EE, to update and replace the security credentials for each merchant service running through the EE Direct Billing platform.

There is no anticipated impact to service during the maintenance window, however, please ensure you check all services are billing correctly and operating as expected once the release is complete.
