Dear Customer

Please be advised we have received the following notification from O2 regarding planned maintenance impacting their Premium SMS platform on the below date and time.

This e-mail is to notify you of some planned maintenance on our Premium M/t SMS MPay (Micropayments) platform that we have just been made aware of.

Maintenance time: 19/10/2021 22:30 - 20/10/2021 06:00

Maintenance description: Move of services to DR from Production this is to enable some scheduled patching activities.

Impact: For switchover there will be outage for two hours from 23:00. In case of rollback a further two hours outage maybe needed. The specific time of when this will occur is not known.

Please note: Every effort will be made to mitigate the effect on our customers experience during the work, but a full service outage is expected.
