Planned Maintenance: O2 Direct Billing

Dear Customer,

Please be advised we have received the following notification from O2 regarding planned maintenance impacting their Direct Billing platform on the below date and time.

Maintenance Details:
Change Window: 06/07/2026 22:00 (BST) – 07/07/2026 06:00 (BST)

Impact:
There will be a full outage on the Charge to Mobile platform from 22:15 to 00:45 where the application will be unavailable. All transactions will fail with a “System unavailable” or “Communication error” response. A further outage may be required 02:00 till 03:30 if a rollback is required.

Please note, every effort will be made to mitigate the effect on our customers experience during the work but a service outage is expected.
